From walkthrough to removal
Consultation
We visit your community, understand the spaces and goals, and note any board or site requirements.
Proposal & design
A tailored plan and written proposal, scoped to your community. Formatted for board review.
Installation
Our crew installs during your selected week, between September 28 and October 23.
Season care
We keep the display looking its best as the weeks go on.
Removal
We remove everything cleanly when the season closes at Thanksgiving.

We know a community vendor has to be dependable and easy to approve. The essentials are handled so onboarding is simple.

- Liability insurance, with a certificate naming your association as additional insured on request.
- A written agreement with defined scope, install window, and removal date.
- Standard vendor paperwork completed — W-9 and certificates of insurance.
- A single point of contact from first walkthrough to final removal.
- Installations planned with sightlines, pedestrian access, and your community’s guidelines in mind.

How does pricing work for a community?
Every community is different, so this work is quoted individually after a walkthrough — there’s no fixed package, and our residential porch pricing doesn’t apply here.
When do displays go up and come down?
Installations run September 28 through October 23 in selectable weeks, and we remove everything at Thanksgiving.
Can you keep the look consistent across buildings?
Yes — we apply one design standard across every entry and shared space so the whole community reads as cohesive.
Are you insured, and can you name our association?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and can provide a certificate naming your association as additional insured on request.
Can you work within our board’s approval process?
Of course. We provide proposals formatted for board review, and we’re glad to plan ahead for a future budget season.
