Refund policy
This Return and Refund Policy (βPolicyβ) applies to all products and services provided by Fall Into Pumpkins (βCompanyβ).
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the seasonal nature of our services and the perishable quality of the materials used (including but not limited to live plants, pumpkins, organic materials, and decor), all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
The Company does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Customers are encouraged to review all product and service descriptions prior to placing an order to ensure selections meet their expectations.
3. Damage or Defects at Time of Delivery
In the rare event that a product is delivered in a visibly damaged or defective condition, the Customer must notify the Company within 24 hours of delivery by submitting photo documentation and a written explanation to fallintopumpkins@gmail.com. The Company will review the issue and, at its sole discretion, may offer a partial replacement or corrective action. No claims will be accepted after this 24-hour period.
4. Weather and Environmental Factors
The Company is not responsible for damage, loss, or deterioration caused by weather, wildlife, theft, vandalism, or customer neglect (including but not limited to failure to water or maintain live materials). No refunds or credits will be issued for damage resulting from such causes.
5. Service Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled once materials have been sourced or preparations have begun. The Company reserves the right to determine whether any exceptions apply on a case-by-case basis. If a cancellation is approved, it may be subject to a cancellation fee and will not result in a full refund.
6. Discretionary Resolution
While all sales are final, the Company is committed to customer satisfaction. Any concerns or complaints will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The Company reserves the right to offer remedies, credits, or service adjustments solely at its discretion, but is under no obligation to do so.
